Refund eligibility is subject to terms mentioned in individual course pages. Refund requests made after the defined period or after course completion will not be entertained.
a. Duplicate Transactions
If a user is charged more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
b. Incomplete or Failed Transactions
In the event of a technical failure resulting in an incomplete or failed transaction, a refund will be processed after due verification.
c. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access or use a course due to technical issues, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
d. Subscription Cancellations
Cancellations made within the stipulated period (as mentioned in the specific course or plan details) may be eligible for a refund, subject to the usage of course materials.

The refund amount may be adjusted for transaction charges or fees imposed by the payment gateway or service provider.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Smart Learn may request proof or additional documentation to process the refund.
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the transaction date. Requests made beyond this period may not be considered.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, via the original mode of payment.
