If you are unable to access or use a course due to technical issues, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

d. Subscription Cancellations

Cancellations made within the stipulated period (as mentioned in the specific course or plan details) may be eligible for a refund, subject to the usage of course materials.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, via the original mode of payment.
